Veritas® Reeding Blade for Combination Plane - 3/16" Three-Reed Blade
The use of reeding as a form of decoration in woodworking creates interest, as well as showing skill. These PM-V11 blades designed to fit the Veritas® Combination Plane makes this process quick and effortless. PM-V11 tool steel is used, providing superior edge retention and ease of sharpening.
The blade can be used for right-hand or left-hand work, simply by changing which side of the plane the fence is mounted on. Each blade has a 35° bevel angle.
Three decorative reeds are cut with this cutter with a diameter of 3/16", with a 1/16" groove, also known as a quirk, is cut on either side of each reed.
